3 of the best male singers in the world were born in the same town and they took part in Felling Male Voice Choir’s Jubilee Concert in 1970.
They were born within three streets in the small town of Ponteprydd in Wales. Stuart Burrows was recognised as one of the finest tenors in Europe, and he was accompanied by Geraint Evans and no less than Tom Jones.
You can imagine the City Hall in Newcastle upon Tyne was packed to capacity!
What a fitting tribute for Felling Male Voice Choir to have this array of international talent on the same stage as them for their Jubilee Concert.
